This months spotlight features Weichert, Realtors - Tovar Properties (my managing broker office:)! Located in Loves Park our small but diverse group of real estate professionals specialize in residential/commercial transactions and property management. We pride ourselves in staying ahead of curve in training, technology and serving the communities we live in.

Random thoughts, toilsome challenges, panegyrical stories, links to videos and other shenanigans is what you can expect in this section :)

Random Thoughts:

Spring is fully kicked in and both businesses are getting busier. From home showings, animal care and educational classes I'm all over the place and loving it! My next home sellers/buyers class in March 23 and my first animal first aid class is April 6th :)

February was full of networking and pet sitting. I attended several fundraisers and hung out with some awesome people and animals:)

Toilsome Challenges:

Challenges this past month have been budgeting and getting my stuff together for taxes:) I know, everyone's challenge is that right now. I have a great CPA who helps me navigate all the nuances of both businesses.

Panegyrical Stories:

My team got second place at a fundraising trivia night. I also thoroughly enjoyed NorthWest IL Alliance of Realtors YPN's Dueling Pianos fundraiser!
