February is almost over - these past few weeks have flown by. Here's what's happened in my world.

REAL ESTATE UPDATES:

We celebrated our last year's accomplishments and I was honored to be recognized for a truly awesome review I got from a referral client in Virginia. Not bad for just starting with Gambino in the middle of the year :)

The YPN committee held their first fundraiser of the year, Comedy Night, for our chosen charity Rock House Kids. We had a successful night with a lot of laughs!

My co-worker, Samantha Hart, and I spent Feb gearing up for an event where we will be showcasing resources for home sellers and buyers with pets! The Animal Rescue Expo is an inaugural charitable event, benifiting The Kibble Korner Pet Food Pantry, is open to all domestic, wild, and farm animal lovers. Illinois’ furriest friends are excited to meet you! Join us for over 30,000 square feet of the Midwest’s best animal loving shopping and services, live entertainment, activities and education, meet the areas’ cutest adoptables and so much more. Whether you are interested in volunteering, fostering, adopting, or you just love all animals – this charitable expo is the place to be!

Here's a video we made with Lisa Beardsworth from Lisa's Little Rescue! We are looking forward to seeing you there!

ANIMAL CARE UPDATES:

I've had so much fun with my clients this past month. Enjoy the shenanigans!

MARGE UPDATES

This last month has been slow for real estate which can be stressfull but with the spring coming and more houses coming on the market I'm hopeful for a busy March.

I've been enjoying the xmas gift I put together for my dad, Bowen Year of Shenanigans. In January we went to Barnstormer Distillery and Feb we made some awesome steins at The Pottery Lounge. I also atteneded Rockford Pride's kickoff event and am looking forward to their upcoming events as well. At the end of Jan begining of Feb I also caught a break and went on a little vaca to visit two of my best friends for their birthdays.

As always I try to enjoy the good as much as I dwell on the bad. Here's some focus on the good!
